  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In large pan heat olive oil and butter
  2. Add chopped garlic and shallots & cook until brown
  3. Add Collard greens salt & pepper
