Collard Greens w shallots & garlic
Ingredients:
16 oz collard greens
1 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped shallots
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. In large pan heat olive oil and butter
2. Add chopped garlic and shallots & cook until brown
3. Add Collard greens salt & pepper
