Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Flake cod fillets apart with fork or mallet.
  2. In medium bowl stir together flaked cod and remaining ingredients except butter. form into 6 patties.
  3. Melt butter in skillet until sizzling, place 3 patties in skillet, cook over med-high heat until golden brown, turn and continue cooking until browned and fish flakes with fork.
  4. Repeat with remaining patties.
