Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine coconut, condensed milk and vanilla in bowl.
  2. Whip egg whites and salt on high speed until soft peaks form
  3. Fold egg whites into above mixture.
  4. Drop the batter onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake until golden brown 20-25 min
  6. Cool and serve.
