Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat melt the chocolate chips and butter.
  3. Stir constantly to prevent chocolate from burning.
  4. When just melted remove from heat.
  5. Stir in the white sugar, brown sugar, milk, corn syrup, vanilla, eggs and salt.
  6. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.
  7. Stir in the 1 cup of pecans.
  8. Pour into the prepared pie shell.
  9. Bake for 45 minutes or until puffed.
  10. Remove and allow to cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
  11. Serve warm with the remaining pecan pieces, or take it over the top with Praline Topping.
