Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cookies with melted butter. Press evenly in a greased and lined with parchment paper in a 9 x 9 pan.
  2. Refridgerate crust
  3. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, lime juice and zest.
  4. Spoon over crust and top with toasted coconut.
  5. Bake at 350 degress for 35 minutes.
  6. Cool for 30 minutes, then chill for 2 hours.
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
