Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (3.4 oz.) instant cocounut cream pudding mix

Directions:

  1. In a blender, combine the ingredients; cover and process for 1 minute until smooth.
  2. Serve with fresh fruit.
  3. Store leftovers (if any!) in fridge.
