Coconut Crunch Pudding Bars by Ronnie

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups coconut
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 2/3 cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping (cool whip )
  • 1 (1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (1 oz) package instant coconut pudding mix

Directions:

  1. Crunch Mix: Grease a 9x13 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350F.
  2. Stir two or three times.
  3. Let cool slightly Put half of the crunch mixture in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Pour half of the pudding mixture over crunch Add the rest of the crunch Top w/ the remainder of the pudding.
