  2. Ingredients. Stir lightly until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto.
  3. An oiled hot griddle or electric frying pan until puffy. Flip.
  4. Pancake when bubbles are set. Cook until lightly browned. Serve.
  5. With hot maple syrup or flavored butter. Makes about 10 pancakes.
