Coconut And Pecan Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients:

  • 1 package ( 8-oz ) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 - 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 can ( 3 1/2 oz ) flaked coconut

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until fluffy
  2. Beat in powdered sugar and milk...mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in Pecans and coconut
  4. Spread between layers and on the top and sides of the cake
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator...
