Clubhouse Oatmeal Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
  2. In a small bowl, mix eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to large bowl and stir until blended.
  3. Slowly pour batter onto preheated, lightly greased waffle iron. Follow your waffle iron directions for cooking time but they should be nicely browned.
