Clays Cabbage Chowder

Ingredients:

  • 2 10 oz cans of milk
  • 3 cups coarsley grated cabbage
  • 3 regular diced weiners
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large sause pan
  2. Stir well on low heat
  3. Stirring often, until boiling
  4. Boil gently
  5. Boil for 30-40 minutes until vegtables are cooked
  6. Add cheeze
  7. Stir
  8. Makes six cups...enjoy!!!
