Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash garlic with salt to make a paste, set aside.
  2. Combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, dijon, worcestershire, anchovy paste, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk in oil, 3 T parmesan, and garlic paste.
  4. Add romaine to bowl and toss to coat.
  5. Garnish with parmesan shavings.
