Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Slowly stir in clam liquid until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and clams, mix well.
  4. Stir in cereal to coat.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Stir to combine.
  7. Heat oi to an 1/8- inch depth in skillet.
  8. Drop 1 heaping tablespoon of clam mixture into hot oil.
  9. Pat with a spoon to form 3- inch patty. Repeat to form 8 patties.
  10. Brown over medium heat. Turn and brown other side.
  11. Drain on paper towels.
  12. Serve immediately topped with sour cream.
