Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Begin by dicing the bacon. Cook it in a large-sized saucepan with celery and onion until the bacon is crisp and the onion is a slight golden-brown. Make sure to pour off most of the fat.
  2. Add the 2 cups of water, the clam juice from the cans, along with the thawed tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, salt, and pepper. Simmer this combination for 1 hour.
  3. Finally, add the clams and the tomato sauce. Simmer, until barely boiling, for 15-20 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!
