  1. In large stock pot, cook chopped celery and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes with all liquid. Add chicken stock. Add any desired seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil. Slice cooked sausage and add. When the boil returns, reduce heat to a simmer. Add the fish, shrimp, scallops and clams. When the clams open, remove from heat and serve.
