Cinnamon Sugar Bananas With Caramel Topping

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler on High heat
  2. Line broiler pan with foil and spray with cooking spray
  3. Arrange banana halves flat side up on baking sheet
  4. Sprinkle each banana half with 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  5. Spray lightly butter spray
  6. Broil bananas 3-4 minutes until bubbly hot
  7. Arrange bananas in dessert dishes
  8. Top with 1/2 cup of ice cream and 2 tablespoons carmel dessert topping
