Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup cream

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and lemon-colored. Blend in cinnamon.
  2. In a saucepan bring milk and cream to a boil; gradually stir the hot liquid into the egg mixture.
  3. Return to saucepan, over LOW HEAT beat until it thickens.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Freeze.
