Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, oatmeal, baking power, baking soda, cinnamin, nutmeg, and salt.
  2. In separte bowl mix beaten eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, lemon juice, lemon peel, peanuts, apricots, and vanilla extract.
  3. Then add flour mixture to banana mixture.
  4. Roll into balls.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes on 350 degrees.
  6. Immediately place into bag with a little splenda and cinnamin and shake until balls are coated with the mixture.
