Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
