Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside.
  2. Mix oil, milk, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add wet mix to the dry mix.
  4. Mix until JUST combined, if batter is lumpy that is FINE.
  5. Cut up butter and toss with cinnamon.
  6. Fold butter into batter.
  7. If adding something in do at this point.
  8. Pour into your baking vassal, (I use an old corny ware dish, a deep 9x9 should be fine).
  9. Bake at 350 for 45 or until the tooth pick comes out clean.
