Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place apples in a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
  2. Combine cider and brown sugar; pour over apples.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring once.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. Cool slightly.
  6. Serve warm in bowls with cream.
  7. Yield: 6 servings.
