Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a 4 qt dutch oven combine potatoes, chicken broth, and corn.
  2. Bring this just to boiling; reduce heat; simmer covered for 10 minutes or until potatoes are just tender, stir occasionally.
  3. Using a potato masher, slightly mash potatoes.
  4. Stir in milk, sausage, green onions and pepper.
  5. Season to taste with rest of ingredients.
