Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, sugar, soda and powder.
  2. Cut in butter
  3. Stir in milk until moistened
  4. Fold in chocolate and toffee
  5. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet
  6. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar
  7. Bake 425 for 13-15 minutes
