Chocolate Peppermint Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Combine chocolate and water in saucepan.
  2. Melt.
  3. Add sugar and salt.
  4. Cook, stir til sugar dissolves.
  5. Add butter, peppermint and nuts.
  6. Stir to mix.
  7. Store in covered container in fridge.
