Chocolate Peppermint Bark

Ingredients:

  • 4 candy canes
  • 1/4 tsp peppermint extract

Directions:

  1. Melt semi-sweet/dark chocolate in a double boiler or in a bowl over a pan of hot water.
  2. Line a 9 x13 dish with aluminum foil.
  3. Pour into dish and spread evenly. Chill.
  4. Melt white chocolate.
  5. Cruch candy canes in a plastic bag.
  6. Pour white chocolate on top of semi-sweet/dark chocolate and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle crushed candy cane pieces over white chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate until set.
  9. When chocolate is hardened, break into pieces.
