Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt 3/4 cup butter and 2 ozs.
  2. Chocolate squares in a saucepan on medium heat.
  3. Stir intermittently until melted and blended well.
  4. Stir in crumbs, coconut and peanuts.
  5. Press onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan.
  6. Chill 30 minutes.
  7. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla till well blended.
  8. Spread over crust, chill 30 minutes.
  9. In another saucepan, melt remaining margarine and chocolate squares.
  10. Stir till blended.
  11. Spread this over cream cheese layer.
  12. Chill until set; cut into squares.
