Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° (325° glass).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar and butter.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Reserving 1/2 cup, press remaining oat mixture on bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and morsels.
  8. Top with remaining oat mixture; press down.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lighly browned.
  10. Cool and store at room temperature.
