Chocolate Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Grease a 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, sugars and water.
  4. Beat in eggs and vanilla
  5. Combine flour, oats, soda and salt in separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
  7. Spread into prepared pan and bake 18 - 22 minutes or until lightly browned
  8. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips and peanut butter.
  9. Pour over warm bars and spread evenly
  10. Cool completely on a wire rack before cutting
  11. Makes 4 dozen
