Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp 2% large- curd cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 splenda quick packs (to taste)
  • 1 -2 tbsp water, enough to keep blender going

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender or Magic Bullet and blend.
  2. Serve immediately!
