Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb butter or 3/4 lb margarine
  • 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • paraffin wax

Directions:

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter in a double boiler. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Chill in refrigerator at least 30 minutes.
  2. Melt Chocolate chips and 1/4 bar of parafin. Dip balls into melted chocolate one at a time. Remove and place on waxed paper.
