Chocolate Covered Bacon With Peanut Sprinkles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon as you normally would to crispy adding sea salt and cracked black pepper to the bacon strips while still cooking and when finished then set on a plate with a few napkins to absorb grease for a few min
  2. Now in a small pot combine 10oz of chocolate and brown sugar and quarter cup of milk an slowly melt chocolate over medium heat constantly stirring do not let chocolate burn
  3. Once you have a nice consistency to the chocolate and your bacon is drained and cooled dip bacon directly in chocolate and set on a napkinless plate... yeah this time no napkins trust me!
  4. Let cool for five min on plate and dip again in chocolate wait five min and repeat until desired consistency
  5. Once you have reached the consistency that you want then immediatly sprinkle crushed peanuts generoulsly on one side only the crushed peanuts side will be the top side and let cool in refrigerator for a half an hour before serving!
