Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Stir in coconut and eggs.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Spread evenly into greased 9 X 13 pan.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
