Chocolate Chocolate Mint Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Melt chocolate chips and butter, cool.
  3. Whisk eggs, sugar, water, and vanilla in mixer.
  4. Sift together dry ingredients and mix with sugar mixture.
  5. Fold in cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Stir in mint pieces.
  7. Use cookie scoop.
  8. Place on parchment paper covered cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 16 minutes until puffy and cracked.
  10. Leave on pan until cool.
