Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease muffin cups.
  3. Thoroughly mix flour, sugar, pie spice, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Break eggs into another bowl then add pumpkin and butter and whisk until well blended.
  5. Stir in chocolate chips and almonds.
  6. Pour over dry ingredients and fold until just moistened.
  7. Fill muffin cups half full then bake 20 minutes.
