Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350*F.
  2. In large mixer bowl combine sugar and butter. beat at low speed, scraping bowl often until light and fluffy. continue beating, adding eggs one at a time, until creamy.
  3. By hand fold in remaining cake ingredients.
  4. Pour into greased 9 sq baking pan.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, remove from oven and set aside.
  6. In 1 qt saucepan place 1 cup chocolate chips and whipping cream. cook over low heat, stirring constantly until chocolate is melted.
  7. Serve sauce over squares.
