Ingredients:

  • 200 g self raising flour plus 20 g cocoa pwd
  • 200 g sugar
  • 220 ml mayo
  • 3 litre eggs
  • 1 tbsp cocoa pwd

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg C and line a 20 cm square pan .
  2. Beat the sugar and mayo .
  3. Add the eggs and beat it .
  4. Add the flour and essence .
  5. Mix well .
  6. Pour and bake for 30 mins or until done .
  7. Cool it.
  8. ........................
  9. Microwave the ganache for 40 secs .
  10. Pour over the cake .
  11. Spread evenly .
  12. Cool for 30 mins .
