Ingredients:

  • 1 oz sugar
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Rub butter into flour and add cream of tartar, salt, baking soda,and sugar. mix.
  2. Add the eggs and milk, mix well.
  3. Roll mixture out to 1/2 inch thick and cut into rounds using a cookie cutter.
  4. Bake on a greased cookie tin at 400* for 15 minutes.
