Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, bananas, milk and vanilla.
  3. Combine the flour, cocoa,baking soda and salt; add to the banana mixture and mix just until combined.
  4. Fold in nuts if desired.
  5. Transfer to a greased 9 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.
