Ingredients:

  1. In a large glass bowl, whip the egg whites with electric beaters till they're foamy.
  2. Gradually add in the sugar, keep beating...till its stiff...
  3. Add cocoa, beat, (it'll look a bit thicker now) chocolate, beat and vinegar. beat.
  4. Preheat oven to slow (150C)
  5. Line a baking tray and pour on the mixture, shaping it into a ..round cake shapelike...see the picture.
  6. Bake for one hour. and allow to cool. (dont worry if it has cracks, these can be patched up with cream)
  7. Whip the cream and icing sugar together till thick and spreadable...WHIPPED you know?
  8. Spread over the pav (be careful, its fragile).
  9. Top with the berries.
  10. No, really, its preeeeeetty good. really.
