Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak dried chipotle pepper 6-8 hours until tender. Remove seeds and finely mince 1/2 of the pepper. Mix with other ingredients and enjoy! (Try marinating greens, eggplant slices, or turnip slices overnight with this marinade. The next morning, layout on teflex sheets and dehydrate for 48 hours at 105 degrees F. Makes a fantastic snack food!)
