  1. Slice avocados, saving 1 pit (for freshness) Add to bowl with onion, garlic and cilantro. Mash with a fork.
  2. Add all seasonings and lime juice, mix together. Also add hot sauce at this time if you have opted to use it.
  3. Add tomato and pit. Give a stir and eat!
  4. The pit will help it stay fresh if you are making this for a party and may have it sitting out for a while. This recipe is also easy to double if need be. Please enjoy!
