Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) package edamame, shelled
  • 1/3 cup cilantro leaf
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin

Directions:

  1. Put the edamame in a food processor and pulse several times. Add cilantro and pulse again. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.
