Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. In a large shallow roasting pan, combine popcorn, chow mein noodles, and peanuts.
  3. Melt butter.
  4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger.
  5. Pour over popcorn mixture; toss to coat evenly. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes
  6. Spread on paper towels to cool.
  7. Store in airtight container.
