Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Crispy Pickles:
  2. Pour vinegar over cucumbers; mix well and let stand
  3. For a more flavored pickle use the following instead:
  4. 1 T brown sugar
  5. 1/2 t salt
  6. 1/2 t accent
  7. 2 t vinegar
  8. 1 T soy sauce
  9. Chili pepper or kim chee to taste (optional)
  10. Sprinkle brown sugar on cucumbers.
  11. Toss lightly and let stand 10 minutes.
  12. Add remaining ingredients, mix throughly.
  13. Chill 1 hour.
  14. Chicken:
  15. Season chicken and let stand 30 minutes in refridgerator.
  16. Dredge chicken in flour.
  17. Fry in skillet until golden.
  18. Cut into bite size chunks after frying.
  19. Combine Chicken, lettuce,sesame seed, rice sticks and wontons just before serving.
  20. Dressing:
  21. Mix, shake well and pour over salad and toss when ready to serve..
  22. *Notes:
  23. You can bake the chicken with all the seasonings except sesame oil until juices run clear (shred when cooked).
  24. Season baked chicken again with salt, MSG and 4 drops sesame oil or to taste after shredding.
  25. Use chowmein noodles instead of fried wonton or Brown Nissen Ramin noodles found in chinese stores (hard to find).
