Chinese Chicken and Cabbage Coleslaw

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the chicken in the oil till cooked through,move to a plate and thinly slice.
  2. Whisk together the vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and ginger until blended.
  3. Add the cabbage, radicchio, carrots, scallions and chicken.
  4. Toss to coat.
