Chimol Spanish Cilantro Tomato Salad

This dish made me fall in love with cilantro!!! i love it!
Ingredients:
5-6 lg size tomatoes
1 ripe avocado
1/2 -1 whole bunch fresh cilantro, your preference
1 med red onion
2 fresh lemons
sea salt , add to taste
fresh pepper
4 tbs ex virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Wash all ingredients necessary
2. finely chop onion, tomatoes, avocado and fresh cilantro put in bowl
3. squeeze in all the juice from the lemons ( avoiding the seeds!!)
4. add salt and pepper to desired taste
5. add olive oil
6. stir well and cover and let sit 15 min before serving
7. enjoy!
8. I love this on its own or as a side dish to a bbq or topping for anything
