Directions:

  1. Heat oil over medium heat. add onion, cook 2-3 min. add zuchinni and cook 5 min more. add chicken broth, bring to boil, reduce and simmer until tender about 8 min. cool. Puree, add 1/2 cup yogurt, cream, lime juice and salt. refrigerate till cold. To serve , add 1 Tbs yogurt to each bowl.
