Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onions and garlic in hot oil until tender but not brown.
  2. Stir in chili sauce, orange peel, orange juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper sauce; mix well.
  3. Bring to boiling; remove from heat.
  4. Preheat both sides of grill on HIGH for 10 minutes.
  5. Turn both sides of grill to medium.
  6. Grill chops with hood closed for 15 minutes.
  7. Turn meat; brush with some chili sauce mixture.
  8. Grill 15 to 20 minutes longer or till done, brushing with remaining chili sauce mixture.
  9. Makes 6 servings.
