Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. ground beef .
  • 4 large onions .
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 can (12 oz.) tomato paste
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 can mexican corn (optional)
  • 3 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (tapatio hot sauce or something)

Directions:

  1. Chop up veggies and brown beef. break beef up to smaller pieces as it cooks
  2. Add onions and garlic
  3. Saute until onions are tender
  4. Add tomato paste, water, canned ingredients, and spices
  5. Bring to a boil
  6. Cover and simmer for 3 or 4 hours
